International Delivery
Singapore DDP Tracked Express (all duties and taxes included in price), 7-11 working days, $30.00 SGD. Carriers will vary, but will likely be DPD or UPS.
Australia Tracked Express (all duties and taxes included in price), 7-11 working days, $30.00 AUD. Carriers will vary, but will likely be DPD or UPS.

Important Delivery Information:
- Delivery Delays - We do not refund shipping fees if the delivery network takes longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver. These are only estimates.
- Return to sender parcels - If you missed your delivery and your order is being sent back to LUXAWL, please contact us to re-arrange delivery; this will be subject to additional delivery fees.
- Refusal of parcel - If you refuse a parcel / fail to accept it and it is returned back to us, the order will be liable to incur a £20 re-stocking fee, and any original delivery/duties costs will not be refunded.
- Stolen parcels - It is the responsibility of the customer to give a safe and secure shipping address. LUXAWL cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been successfully delivered.
Returns / Exchanges Information
Items ordered from the LUXAWL website can be returned unused for a full refund within 30 days starting from the date of delivery. Please email contact@luxawl.com or fill out the contact form here for any returns BEFORE sending your order back to us. We will send you a returns form.
Items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging and any free gifts to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable (this will be deducted from the refund amount), and customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
