Processing and Delivery Times

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being received. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

UK Delivery

UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2 to 4 business days - FREE on all orders.

USA Delivery

USA DDP Tracked Express International (all duties and taxes included in price) 3-10 business days $15.00 or FREE on orders over $120.

Europe Delivery

European DDP Tracked Express (all duties and taxes included in price), 7-11 days, £19.95 (approx. €25 euros). Carriers will vary, but will likely be DPD or UPS. 

We currently offer delivery to France, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Italy, and Switzerland. We will be adding more European countries soon. 

International Delivery

Singapore DDP Tracked Express (all duties and taxes included in price), 7-11 working days, $30.00 SGD. Carriers will vary, but will likely be DPD or UPS. 

Australia Tracked Express (all duties and taxes included in price), 7-11 working days, $30.00 AUD. Carriers will vary, but will likely be DPD or UPS. 

We're currently working on adding additional international delivery options. 

Important Delivery Information:

• Delivery Delays - We do not refund shipping fees if the delivery network takes longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver. These are only estimates.
  
  
• Return to sender parcels - If you missed your delivery and your order is being sent back to LUXAWL, please contact us to re-arrange delivery; this will be subject to additional delivery fees.
  
  
• Refusal of parcel - If you refuse a parcel / fail to accept it and it is returned back to us, the order will be liable to incur a £20 re-stocking fee, and any original delivery/duties costs will not be refunded. 
  
  
• Stolen parcels - It is the responsibility of the customer to give a safe and secure shipping address. LUXAWL cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been successfully delivered.

Returns / Exchanges Information

Items ordered from the LUXAWL website can be returned unused for a full refund within 30 days starting from the date of delivery. Please email contact@luxawl.com or fill out the contact form here for any returns BEFORE sending your order back to us. We will send you a returns form.

Items must be in unused condition and with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable (this will be deducted from the refund amount), and customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and purchase your desired item. Once your item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
