Order queries
It depends on where you are located. We aim to ship out all orders within 24 hours. How long it takes will depend on your location and the delivery option you selected.
UK deliveries should arrive in 2-4 business days after being dispatched.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days after being dispatched. Delivery details and a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Whilst we do not guarantee that you can make changes to your order, we may be able to alter your order before the order has been fulfilled by our warehouse.

Yes, items can be returned unused for a full refund within 30 days starting from the date of delivery. Please email contact@luxawl.com or fill out the contact form here for any returns BEFORE sending your order back to us. We will send you a returns form to complete.
Items must be in unused condition and with all original packaging and any free gifts to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (this will be deducted from the refund amount), even if your shipping was free due to a spend threshold originally; the actual shipment amount paid to the courier will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Yes, we offer free shipping based on minimum order amounts.
We offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £75 and US orders over $150.

LUXAWL® is a brand name created by the founder, Steph Turton, combining the words 'luxury' and 'awl'. An awl is a sharp, pointed hand tool used for piercing holes in materials, such as leather.
After completing a leather bag-making course, Steph wanted to honour the incredible craftsmanship and skill that goes into making the most exquisite leather products on the planet. All LUXAWL products are designed with this in mind, to honour, care for, and protect your most treasured luxury items as they join you on the journey of a lifetime.
