How to use LUXAWL Leather Wipes

• Always test on a small, concealed area of leather first to ensure you're satisfied with the results before applying it to the entire product
• Also suitable to use on coated canvas (for example, Louis Vuitton canvas)
• Do not use on any exotic leathers such as crocodile, python, ostrich, suede, nubuck, or any fabric
  
• Once cleaned, allow the leather to air-dry for 5-10 minutes 

FAQs on Leather Cleaning Wipes

Can these leather wipes remove colour transfer?

It depends on the colour transfer and leather. It's always recommended to clean your leather items if you spot any colour transfer as soon as possible to help stop permanent damage to the leather. Luxawl leather wipes are small and compact, perfect for carrying around in case you have a colour transfer emergency. 

We do not guarantee that the wipes will remove colour transfer.

Are they safe to use on any leather?

No. These wipes cannot be used on exotic leather or leathers such as suede or nubuck. Always test the wipe on a small part of the item you want to clean and ensure you are happy with the results before continuing to apply it.

Will the wipes darken untreated leather?

Yes, they can. If you have a new bag, any moisture can darken and enhance the patina of untreated leather, such as Louis Vuitton's vachetta leather. Always test on a small area first (leave to dry for 15 minutes) to make sure you're happy with the results before fully applying. 

Are the leather wipes safe to use on designer bags?

Yes, our wipes have been designed with your most treasured luxury leather bags in mind and have been tried and tested. They can be used on leathers like calfskin, lambskin, caviar, epsom and canvas. Always test on a small area first to ensure you're happy with the results.

We currently offer delivery to France, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Italy, and Switzerland. We will be adding more European countries soon. 

European DDP Tracked Express (all duties and taxes included in price), 7-11 days, £19.95 (approx. €25 euros). Carriers will vary, but will likely be DPD or UPS. 

International Delivery

Singapore DDP Tracked Express (all duties and taxes included in price), 7-11 working days, $30.00 SGD. Carriers will vary, but will likely be DPD or UPS. 

Australia Tracked Express (all duties and taxes included in price), 7-11 working days, $30.00 AUD. Carriers will vary, but will likely be DPD or UPS.

Important Delivery Information:

• Delivery Delays - We do not refund shipping fees if the delivery network takes longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver. These are only estimates.
  
  
• Return to sender parcels - If you missed your delivery and your order is being sent back to LUXAWL, please contact us to re-arrange delivery; this will be subject to additional delivery fees.
  
  
• Refusal of parcel - If you refuse a parcel / fail to accept it and it is returned back to us, the order will be liable to incur a £20 re-stocking fee, and any original delivery/duties costs will not be refunded. 
  
  
• Stolen parcels - It is the responsibility of the customer to give a safe and secure shipping address. LUXAWL cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been successfully delivered.

Returns / Exchanges Information

Items ordered from the LUXAWL website can be returned unused for a full refund within 30 days starting from the date of delivery. Please email contact@luxawl.com or fill out the contact form here for any returns BEFORE sending your order back to us. We will send you a returns form.

Items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging and any free gifts to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable (this will be deducted from the refund amount), and customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
